How we make sense of our experiences shapes the way we move through life. My role as your therapist is to help you find clarity and offer practical tools to help you get unstuck.

I believe that we all have the capacity to experience change and healing when we are fully seen  and accepted as we are in a supportive,  non-judgmental, trusting space. As a counsellor, I take a strength-based approach, knowing that you already have the internal resources you need. Together we will help you uncover those strengths, and build tools that work for you. My hope is that through this process, you not only gain self-awareness but also feel truly heard, understood, and known.

On a personal note:

I’m a wife and mother of four, with a deep love for nature, travel, and good food, and spending time with friends and family. Whether I’m hiking through the mountains or exploring new cities, I’m always seeking out my next adventure. I’m also a bit of a foodie who loves discovering unique dishes along the way, and always up for treat.

Fun facts: I’ve had the chance to swim with dolphins, and recently experienced hiking the Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine and soothing hot springs in Japan.
